【チケット予約にあたってのご注意 / Ticket Reservation Guidelines】

■ ご予約・当日について / Reservation & Day of Event
・本フォームはチケットの事前予約フォームです。
This form is for advance ticket reservations only.
・チケット代金は当日受付にてお支払いください。
Please pay the ticket fee at the reception on the day of the event.
・ご予約受付後、担当よりメールにてご連絡いたします（数日かかる場合があります）。
After your reservation is received, we will contact you by email (this may take a few days).
・確認メールが届かない場合は迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

■ キャンセルについて / Cancellations
・キャンセルが必要な場合は、必ず事前にメールにてご連絡ください。
If you need to cancel, please notify us by email in advance.
・公演3日前以降のキャンセルはご対応が困難な場合がございます。
Cancellations requested less than 3 days before the event may not be accommodated.
・当日の無断キャンセルはご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
Please refrain from no-shows on the day of the event.

■ 個人情報の取り扱い / Privacy
・ご入力いただいた個人情報はチケット予約の管理・ご連絡のみに使用します。
Personal information you provide will be used solely for reservation management and communication.
・収集した個人情報を第三者へ提供・開示することはありません。
We will not share or disclose your personal information to any third parties.
